[ @NECG2012 ]Tesco Bags of Help AwardOur Year of the Environment programme of events. Bug Hotel building in Remembrace Meadow in Mesnes Park, with local groups of children. Wild flowers. Recycled bug houses to make and take home. Wildflower seed planting, and edible flower planting using recycled egg cartons. Encouraging bio-diversity, encouraging more pollinating insects to our green spaces and gardens.

NECG's biggest event of the year took place on Saturday 3rd August 2019. Once again you joined us in your 1000's, for another fun filled day out for all the family. Community PlantingAs a continuing project following a grant win from the Lloyds Community Fund, we planted an area of Mesnes Park with a selection of shrubs and plants. Massive Thank You to all who took part.
